About the Role
We are looking for our first growth hire to own the growth engine end-to-end. This is a hands-on role with no team to manage in the near term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-funnel ownership: Manage paid social and search with real budget accountability.
- Visibility: Drive SEO and visibility in AI/LLM answers.
- Conversion: Optimize landing pages, signup flows, and referral programs.
- Experimentation: Test new channels and iterate quickly based on performance.
- Measurement: Build the measurement layer from scratch, including funnel instrumentation, CAC/LTV, and activation metrics.
- Automation: Build your own automation, including AI-assisted creative testing, automated reporting, and agentic campaign workflows.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in growth at a SaaS company (SMB or PLG at seed or Series A stage is ideal).
- Strategy: Proven track record of owning the full funnel rather than executing someone else’s strategy.
- Technical Skills: Ability to demonstrate specific workflows you have automated using AI.
