Bond Home - Co-founder & CTO here. We're hiring a Customer Service Lead to elevate our support team with cutting-edge AI tools like Claude Agent SDK and realtime voice.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Lead who can both implement modern AI solutions and lead our 6-person support team through the transition. This role requires technical skills and strong people skills.

What We Do

We make smart home bridges and RF controllers that connect "forgotten" devices (shades, blinds, ceiling fans, fireplaces) to the smart home. Our full stack is built in-house.
