About the Role
I run an established video game boosting business and am looking for someone who can bring in customers—plain and simple.
The business has previously generated 7 figures in a year, including months above 6 figures in revenue. We also have more than 200,000 combined social-media followers. Current revenue is only a fraction of that because we haven’t been consistently marketing or promoting the business.
Requirements
I’m looking for a hands-on growth marketer who understands channels such as:
- Creators, streamers, and affiliate partnerships
- Organic social-media campaigns
- Discord and gaming communities
- Email/SMS and previous-customer reactivation
- Referral programs
- SEO and content partnerships
This is a platform-restricted industry, so someone experienced with gaming, digital goods, iGaming, VPNs, crypto, or similar niches would be ideal. I’m not looking for spam, bots, fake engagement, policy evasion, or someone whose entire strategy is “run Google Ads.”
Compensation
This will be heavily performance-based. I’m open to a modest guaranteed amount during an initial trial, but I am not interested in paying a large retainer before seeing results.
- You will receive an agreed percentage of the contribution profit generated by customers attributable to your campaigns.
- Tracking will be managed through unique links, coupon codes, landing pages, and checkout data.
- If you produce weak results, compensation will reflect that. If you bring in serious revenue, you can earn extremely well—including potentially five figures per month.
