About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations/Project Coordinator with experience supporting product launches, packaging updates, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. This is a highly process-oriented role focused on project coordination, systems management, and ensuring marketing deliverables move through approval and launch processes efficiently.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, Brand Management Support, Product Management Support, or CPG Marketing.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Supply Chain, Sales).
- Strong project tracking and timeline management experience.
- Experience working with systems such as SAP, SharePoint, PLM, ETQ, SLM, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar workflow tools.
- Strong attention to detail and process compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep stakeholders accountable.
- Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating meetings.
- Comfortable working with product launches, packaging updates, claims approvals, SKU creation, and commercialization processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate marketing-led projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Manage the Design Control process for product and packaging changes, tracking approvals and ensuring launch readiness.
- Own the claims management process and system (ETQ), maintaining accurate, approved, and compliant consumer-facing claims.
- Coordinate new item setup and SKU vetting activities, serving as the primary point of contact for new product introductions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Sales) to support product launches and business objectives.
Compensation & Logistics
- Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote within the US (Role HQ is in Chicago, IL)
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
