We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, specifically targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of American business culture, time zones, and market dynamics.

About the Role

  • Work Timings: 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST
  • Weekends Off: Saturday/Sunday

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships within the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Generate and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably focused on the US market

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the US customer base and buying behaviors
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in US time zones (or overlapping hours)
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
