About the Company
We build AI voice agents that run live B2B sales calls—featuring real-time voice, browser-driven product demos, and automated follow-up. We are pre-seed, backed by the founders of Ramp, Kalshi, and JumpCloud. We are currently generating revenue, and demand is already outpacing our capacity.
About the Role
We are hiring two Founding Engineers. We are looking for people who enjoy owning projects end-to-end—identifying problems and fixing them without waiting for a spec.
Requirements

- Location: NYC-based and available to work in person (5 days/week). Note: We are not able to offer relocation or visa sponsorship at this time.
- Tech Stack: TypeScript/Node as your main production stack (the one you actually ship in day-to-day).
- Experience: You have shipped real software that real people have used (e.g., production software, revenue-generating projects, or a startup you built; not tutorials or coursework).
- AI/LLM: You have built something real using LLM APIs.
Open Positions
- Founding Backend Engineer (5+ years experience): Focus on real-time/streaming depth (WebRTC, voice, low-latency), plus infrastructure and reliability ownership.
- Founding Product Engineer (2–4 years experience): Frontend-leaning (React/Next.js), customer-facing, with a CS degree or equivalent standout shipped work.
