About
Integral is a fractional CTO and AI transformation partnership for scaling businesses ($10M-$100M). They embed with clients as their technology team across strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation. These are long-term retainer partnerships, not project work. The team currently consists of 4 people and is scaling to 6-8 by the end of 2026.
Available Roles
Full Stack Developer | Remote | Full-time (~40 hrs/week) | LATAM or US
Responsibilities:
- Ship features end-to-end across multiple client projects.
- Translate business problems into working features: data model, API, UI, and deployment.
Requirements:
- Must have fundamentally changed how they build software with AI.
- Must be able to pick up new technologies quickly.
Stack (across clients):
- Next.js
- React

- n8n
- HubSpot
- Vercel
Technical Project Manager | Remote (US) | Part-time (~25 hrs/week)
Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships and delivery coordination: weekly syncs, Slack, email, ClickUp boards, and scope management.
- Be technically fluent enough to spot a bad estimate and explain trade-offs in business language.
Requirements:
- An AI-native workflow is required.
