About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Write scripts and automations in various technologies.
- Write Terraform modules for infrastructure resource provisioning.
- Implement monitoring solutions (availability, performance, and security).
- Act proactively in identifying, remediating, and correcting problems.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Read and write in English comfortably.
- Prior experience managing applications on AWS or GCP.
- Know the principles of DevOps and GitOps.
- Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Programming skills in JavaScript (JS is preferred, but other languages are also acceptable).
- Mastery of infrastructure management with Terraform.
- Understand Linux system administration.
- Mastery in creating and configuring pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Nice to Haves:
- Know how relational databases work (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) to analyze metrics and apply optimizations.
- Expertise in managing GitOps tools, including ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- In-depth knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
- Proficiency in configuring pipelines for mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Possess certification in the area.
