About the Role

We are a remote creator and social management agency working with creators in the US and LATAM. We are a small team that offers real opportunities for promotion within weeks or months.

This is not a traditional account manager role. You will be responsible for looking after existing clients by ensuring alignment, following up, and flagging issues early. Work is conducted in English all day. We provide full training, and those who deliver results move up quickly.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for a small book of creators.
Keep work moving and flag blockers early.
Handle light reporting and follow-up with the team.

Requirements

Location: Based in Brazil and fully remote.
Language: Native Portuguese and near-native English (we will screen with a short English voice note).
Culture: Gen-Z native and fluent in that culture.
Experience: Junior candidates are welcome. Experience in CS, account coordination, or agency work is a plus.
Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Brasília time.

Compensation

Base Salary: $1,000 USD/month guaranteed.
Commission: Performance-based; typical earnings reach $1,500+ starting from month 3–4.
