About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-oriented Social Media Marketer to help us build our online presence and, most importantly, generate leads and sales. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, understand the perfume/fragrance audience ("Fragheads" preferred), identify content that converts, and experiment with different approaches.
Responsibilities
The work involves creating and managing content across the following channels:
- Instagram: Posts, Reels, Stories, etc. (Highest priority)
- Reddit: Engaging posts and relevant community participation
- Website: SEO-friendly blogs and other content (we have a dedicated developer for maintenance)
- WhatsApp: Content and marketing ideas to drive conversions
- Strategy: Overall social media strategy and content planning
Our Main Goal
Our primary objective is to reach more potential customers, drive traffic to our website, and increase sales. We are focused on actual business growth and conversions rather than vanity metrics.
Budget
We are a growing business, so our budget is currently limited. We are seeking value for money.
