Program Manager – Technology M&A / Remote US

Above and Beyond Talent is seeking a Program Manager – Technology M&A who will serve as the end-to-end delivery lead for technology integration and separation activities. This role is accountable for ensuring all technology commitments are clearly defined, sequenced, governed, and delivered on time, while managing interdependencies across business, IT, and external partners.
Requirements
A good fit if you have the following:
- 10+ years in program/portfolio management leading large-scale technology initiatives
- Hands-on experience driving technology workstreams in M&A, divestitures, or major integrations
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, including ERP, data platforms, integrations, and infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Experience coordinating with system integrators and third-party vendors
- Strong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and decision-making facilitation
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing / Performance Objectives:
- Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end technology acquisition programs, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery across Day 1 and post-close phases.
- Drive on-time, on-scope execution of technology initiatives and integrated master schedules.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate enterprise workstreams across ERP, commercial, supply chain, R&D, HR, finance, legal, data/analytics, integrations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application separation/TSA activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, IMO, and external vendors to align execution.
- Governance, Risk & Issue Management
- Establish governance frameworks, decision forums, and delivery cadences.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resource gaps, dependencies, and TSA exit requirements while driving issue resolution.
- Executive Communication & Change Management
- Deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and decisions, translating technical details into business impact.
- Oversee cutovers, transition planning, stabilization, and operational handoff, capturing lessons learned for future M&A initiatives.
Compensation
- Payrate: $100.00 to $105.00
