Job Title: Social Media Growth Partner (iOS App)

About the Role
I am looking for someone who specializes in growing brands through organic social media and is confident enough to be compensated primarily based on results.
The project is an iOS app focused on road trips and travel discovery. The goal is to build awareness within the road trip, travel, RV, camping, and outdoor communities and grow an engaged audience before and after launch.
Project Status
This is not a branding or design project. We already have the following in place:
- Brand identity established
- Logo and color palette finalized
- Website live
- Content direction defined
Responsibilities
We need someone who can help generate real traction and awareness by:
- Building brand awareness
- Creating and executing collaboration opportunities
- Working with creators, influencers, and travel content creators
- Reaching road trip, RV, camping, van life, and travel communities
- Developing organic growth strategies
- Identifying partnership opportunities
- Growing an engaged audience (focusing on meaningful metrics, not just vanity metrics)
Compensation
I am open to discussing a compensation structure that is heavily tied to measurable performance (growth, qualified leads, partnerships, downloads, etc.) rather than a traditional monthly retainer. If you have done this successfully before and have examples or case studies, I would love to see them.
