About the Role

The Unicorn Development Team is responsible for planning and implementing software projects. These are implemented in the area of individual software with Microsoft .Net (C#) technology and in the context of ERP with Odoo. As a Product Owner or Project Coordinator, you will be the interface between the development team and our customers.

This means in detail:

  • Definition of requirements in the backlog
  • Creation and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria and Epcis
  • Coordination with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations
  • Planning and moderation of sprint planning, reviews and refinements
  • Monitoring project progress, budgets and timelines
  • Creation of roadmaps and release planning
  • Documentation of project statuses & release for billing

Your Profile

We work agile, based on Scrum. You independently manage projects and ensure that the team can focus on topics along the priorities.

You should have the following skills:

  • Technical understanding against the background of software development
  • You are able to work from home and can organize yourself
  • You have training as an IT specialist in application development, a degree or a comparable training
  • You have several years of experience in the field (min. 2 years)
  • You do not live in the basement and are communicative, also towards the customer
  • You have experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • German language skills with level C1
