Work Environment
- Location: Based in Austin, TX, but with a remote-first structure.
- Flexibility: ONSITE or FULLY REMOTE.

Technical Stack
Our current stack is Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, and React.JS.
Compensation
- Salary: $150K - $180K per year.
- Contract Terms: 1099 for US-based employees or local average + 20% for those outside the US.
