Responsibilities
As a Web Designer, you will:
- Execute design activities in various projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines and agreed objectives.
- Create innovative interfaces and experiences, incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to optimize flows, personalize content, and automate interactions.
- Stay updated on UX/UI and AI/GenAI methodologies and tools, promoting innovation in projects.
- Conduct user research, develop personas, map user journeys, and build low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Test and validate experiences with users, collecting feedback and refining AI/GenAI-supported interactions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engagement, and Commercial teams, integrating AI/GenAI insights to improve the user experience.
- Contribute to the excellence of the Design team, promoting mentoring, reviews, and training.
- Develop functional interfaces using frameworks provided by the client or market development platforms, incorporating AI/GenAI components when applicable.
Requirements
- Advanced English for conversation.
- Solid experience with UX/UI, including prototyping for web and applications (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies.
- Practical experience or interest in AI and GenAI applied to interfaces and digital experiences.
- Have a robust portfolio demonstrating interface design and user experience skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with collaboration tools (Miro, InVision).
- Experience in integrating AI/GenAI into UX flows, automation, and interface personalization.
