About the Role
Above & Beyond Talent is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and excels at building strong candidate pipelines while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume or agency environment.
- Full-Cycle Management: Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate submission.
- Sourcing: Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search to build and maintain pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate across teams.
- Organization: Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with strong organization and ATS management skills.
Compensation
- Rate: $16 - $22 an hour plus commission
