1. Founding Engineer

• Compensation: $140–170k + meaningful founding equity
• Responsibilities:
  • Own the product end-to-end: sourcing, resume-per-posting pipeline, Chrome extension, and reliability.
  • Full-stack development + LLM/API work.
  • Maintain a bias to ship.
  • Ensure candidate achievements remain intact (no bland rewrites).

• Responsibilities:
  • Own how people find applyapply: channels, content, experiments, and conversion.
