Job Title: Short-form Video Editor for Health App Reels

About the Role
Tallow is a health app that scans products and scores them for harmful ingredients and contaminants. We are looking for a freelance editor to create short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Turn raw talking-head footage into finished 30–60s vertical (9:16) videos with graphics.
- Match our existing editing style, or improve upon it.
- Source first-class assets and hooks from Google, TikTok, etc. (avoid generic B-roll; keep B-roll under 30% of the video).
- Tell the story through graphics, especially in the Call to Action (CTA).
- Maintain a fast-paced editing style to ensure viewer retention.
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $10–30 per video (depending on skill).
- Performance Bonus: ~$20 bonus at 400k views.
- Volume: Around 10–15 videos a week, with the opportunity to scale to hundreds per week for our UGC program.
- Turnaround: 24–48 hours.
- Revisions: 2 rounds included.
- Payment: Paid per batch (PayPal, Wise, etc.).
