Job Description
List of Tasks to be Performed:
- Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
- Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
- Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
- Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
- Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications.
- Collaborating with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results.
- Evaluating product code according to specifications.
- Creating logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Reporting bugs and errors to development teams.
- Helping troubleshoot issues.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience, in technology or software development preferred.
- Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies and techniques
- Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Knowledge of QA processes and best practices
- Proficiency with automated testing tools and frameworks to perform automated testing to enhance test coverage and efficiency
- Experience in using AI-assisted tools for test case creation or execution (a plus)
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills for effective problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with the team
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and report bugs effectively
