We're expanding a fast-moving digital team that supports premium creator accounts through high-quality chat engagement and sales-focused communication.

This role is for people who understand how to keep conversation natural, engaging, and goal-driven (NOT SCRIPTED, NOT ROBOTIC).

Compensation

Earn up to 10% commission on net sales! (FOR TOP PERFORMERS)
We also offer a lower base rate plus commission as standard
Paid fortnightly - ON TIME!

What You'll Be Doing

Managing daily chats on behalf of creators
Building genuine engagement that leads to sales
Identify opportunities within conversations
Maintaining tone consistency per account style
Working independently with clear targets

What We're Looking For

Strong written communication skills (B2-C1+ English proficiency)
OFM chatting and sales experience (is a MUST!)
Ability to stay consistent during shifts
Fast learner with attention to detail

Schedule

10-hr shifts with 1-hr paid break
Fully remote
