- Ability to anticipate issues and propose/implement innovative solutions and approaches
- Acts as a cross-functional team unifier in morale and collaboration
- Works cooperatively and respectfully with cross-agency peers to instill a seamless, productive, and positive work environment
- Ability to independently lead a small piece of business
- Has the trust of the Account Lead and Clients

- Has taste, a POV, and can push work to the highest quality
- Very adept at the production process and can oversee a variety of outputs across media
- Responsible for flawless execution on assigned projects
- Anticipates issues and proposes solutions
Communication Skills:
- Clear, concise, simple, professional communications
- Polished, persuasive presentation skills with ability to present to clients
- Ability to craft a thoughtful, applicable story to sell in work and deliver reports/results
- Ability to translate internal conversations into appropriate client communications
