About the Role:

We are seeking a Voice Operator with a naturally soothing, calming voice who can maintain professionalism and composure in a toxic and sometimes abusive and stressful environment. This role requires strong emotional control, patience, and the ability to navigate challenging interactions with confidence.

This role is specifically for an Executive Virtual Assistant in charge of:

Managing client schedules
Making phone calls
Taking important messages
Arranging virtual meetings on Zoom and Discord.

This is a USA-based company.

Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly and effectively using a calm, steady tone
Handle difficult or high-stress situations with professionalism
Maintain focus and consistency during extended interactions
Represent the brand with composure, even in tense environments

Requirements:

Naturally soothing, calming voice
High tolerance for challenging or problematic situations
Ability to remain composed in a stressful and sometimes toxic environment
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently and stay disciplined

Schedule:

8–10 hours per day
