Job Title: LATAM Account Representative

Remote, No Cold Outreach

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Representatives based in LATAM to work with existing customers. We are a company that provides high-quality exterior lighting for homes across the US.

Responsibilities

Managing conversations with current customers
Upselling additional services
Collecting testimonials
Generating referrals from happy clients

Requirements

Fluent English
Strong empathy and the ability to understand customer needs
Comfortable speaking with customers
Reliable internet and remote setup

Nice to Have

Proof of helpfulness and activity in communities (online or offline, especially on Reddit)
Enjoy learning and improving at challenging things (e.g., Dark Souls, startups)

Compensation

Base Salary: $1,000/month
Commission on upsells
Different payment structures available depending on your personality

Additional Sales Positions:

We also have positions available for sales reps with a commission-based payment structure (Sales Agent or Closer). Top reps in these positions are earning $2,000 - $6,000+
