Eligibility:

  • Must reside in Japan.
  • Must be able to work onsite five days a week.
  • Full remote work may be possible depending on the project, but is limited to those residing in Japan.

Visa Requirement:

  • Must already hold a valid Japanese work visa.

Required Japanese Level:

  • Business-level (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher).

  • Working Hours: 10:00～19:00 (May vary depending on the project)

Compensation

  • Hourly/Monthly Salary: (Examples, subject to change)

    • Java Engineer (45 years old): ★Annual income increase of 180万円 (450万円 ⇒ 630万円)
    • C#・.NET Engineer (33 years old): ★Annual income increase of 160万円 (420万円 ⇒ 580万円)
    • React Engineer (28 years old): ★Annual income increase of 150万円 (350万円 ⇒ 500万円)

  • Additional Benefits:

    • Transportation allowance (up to 50,000 yen per month)
    • Family allowance, qualification allowance (based on company regulations)
    • Position allowance
    • Beauty allowance (3,000 yen per month)
    • Work-from-home allowance, book purchase allowance
    • Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)

  • Salary Increase: Once a year (April)

  • Estimated Annual Salary Upon Entry: 360万円～900万円
