About the Role

This is an Account Executive (AE) track role. As a Sales/Business Development Representative, you will work closely with management to identify new opportunities, reach out to potential customers via email and LinkedIn, and conduct discovery and demo calls.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations/demos and connect in a professional way to USA tech buyers.
  • Roll out weekly newsletters, email, and drip campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
  • Handle all incoming customer queries on our live chat.
  • Gather customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
  • Meet quarterly goals and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of industry experience selling IT/SaaS products and concepts.
  • Executive Interaction: Prior experience working with "C" and "D" level executives.
  • Mindset: Excited to sell brand-new technology products.
  • Communication: Proficient in English and sensitive to US culture.
  • Documentation: Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results.
  • Ownership: A team player who can take responsibility for anything from fixing the office internet to making a sales pitch to the CEO of a company. We believe in the ideology that "the buck stops with me."
  • Soft Skills: Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
