About the Role
We're looking for someone who builds growth systems with AI rather than just running campaigns. You will work directly with the CEO to build an always-on growth engine, including:
- Content and video generation from our data
- SEO/AEO and landing pages
- Email journeys and outbound strategies
- Tracking and attribution
Expect to ship a new working system every week or two, built with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork on company accounts.
Requirements
- You already use Claude or similar tools daily to build real things.
- You think like a marketer.
- You can demonstrate results you have owned.
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Clay, or outbound/journey management.
Terms
- Trial Period: Paid trial of up to 90 days.
- Growth: Path to full-time employment available after the trial.
