VideoDB, an AI-native video/audio infrastructure company, is offering a paid opportunity through their Growth Forge program. This is a short, 14-day remote sprint for growth-minded builders to design and ship a "growth agent" for VideoDB. This agent will be a system designed to find, reach, activate, and learn from the right users without manual intervention.

This is a competitive sprint with limited spots, not a guaranteed contract for everyone who applies.

About the Role

Selected builders will:

  • Pick one growth metric to own end-to-end (e.g., signups, activation, GitHub → usage, or content → pipeline)
  • Design a repeatable growth loop around that metric
  • Use VideoDB’s existing agentic stack (browser-use agents, research APIs, attribution dashboards, etc.) to implement the growth loop
  • Ship the growth agent into production within 14 days and run multiple experiments
  • Let the system run through a short proving period to demonstrate its effectiveness with minimal manual involvement

You will work remotely and asynchronously, with support from VideoDB engineers.

Compensation & Upside

For selected and successful participants:

  • $500 USD upon successful sprint completion
  • $1,000 USD performance bonus if your agent outperforms VideoDB’s internal baseline on your chosen metric
  • A public case study of your work, co-published with your name
  • The strongest performer will be considered for a Growth Lead role at VideoDB
  • Other top performers may be invited to ongoing collaborations

The realistic compensation range for this sprint is $500–$1,500 USD, plus potential for longer-term opportunities.

Who Should Apply
