About the Role

Responsibilities

• Align and technically support the data labeling team, ensuring training of image recognition models meets quality standards.
• Perform product registration in Data Entry systems technically and in detail, ensuring the database is fed with precision and maximum confidence.
• Maintain and proactively update the CRM, ensuring information on products and labeling criteria is readily available.
• Conduct constant review and revision of records (auditing), identifying standardization failures and correcting them preventively.
• Act as the technical right hand of PMs and CSs, providing data analysis to help them manage demands with end customers.
• Create and update registration and classification procedures, serving as a technical reference for scalable and standardized operational work.
• Analyze and respond to tickets about doubts or errors in the data model, investigating the root cause and defining corrective action plans to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor indicators of adherence to the area's processes, using the results to validate the quality of the operational delivery.

Requirements

• Identify small discrepancies in images.
• Follow playbooks with discipline, without skipping steps.
• Demonstrate technical curiosity to understand how AI "sees" what it registers.
• Communicate errors and doubts clearly and objectively.
• Give and receive feedback naturally.
• Operate CRMs and perform data entry with agility and precision.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets at a basic level to organize lists of SKUs, apply filters, and simple formulas (PROCV, CONT.SE, etc.).
• Apply data labeling concepts, understanding bounding boxes and image classification.

Bonus Points

• Proficiency in AI and Project Management tools (Desirable): Gemini, Claude, Jira, Monday, among others.
• Spanish language skills
