About the Role

We are seeking senior full-stack engineers who can design systems and write code. This is not a PM-driven role. You will own architecture decisions, write production code, and lead by example. You'll solve hard problems, design systems that scale, and mentor others.

Multiple cities in India (Hybrid)

Experience

7–12 years

Compensation

₹21L–₹50L (based on experience & level)
Remote: $160/hr

Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack systems end-to-end
Architect scalable backend infrastructure and clean frontend experiences
Implement complex design patterns
Write, review, and improve code
Mentor other engineers and guide architectural choices
Be the go-to person for other engineers when challenges arise

Requirements

Full-stack engineer with understanding of backend, frontend, and data
Strong understanding of design patterns
Ability to explain tradeoffs clearly to both junior developers and the CTO
Ability to ship product and help others improve
Experience with .NET or Java + React/Angular/Vue + some experience in MEAN/MERN (preferred)

Nice to Have

Experience with GenAI (prompting, LLM integration, vector stores)
Experience working across multiple stacks
Published, spoken, mentored, or led (thought leadership)
