About the Role
Above and Beyond Talent is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to support a global leader in water, waste, and energy management. This individual will oversee engineering coordination for large capital projects within industrial environments, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, safety, and compliance objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10–15 years of experience in an EPC environment supporting large capital projects within oil & gas, chemical, or hazardous design and construction sectors.
- Strong project engineering background with proven experience supporting major equipment and systems on capital projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Experience with Procore or Documentum for document control management.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA industrial safety standards (hot work, confined space, LOTO, fall protection, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing RFIs, change orders, project schedules, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to travel globally.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Compensation
- $70-85/ Hourly/ W-2
