About Mesmer

Mesmer builds software factories for engineering teams. Keeping a team at the state of the art with agents is a full-time job, so we do it for our customers: we're always finding the biggest bottleneck in how their team ships and fixing it in their factory.

About the Role

As a founding engineer, you'd do both halves:

Work in customers' factories, at the frontier of how software gets built with agents.
Build the product that makes that work repeatable.

We're seven people, repeat founders and CTOs, in one office in Berlin.

Requirements

We're looking for senior engineers who:

Use coding agents every day.
Have strong opinions about how the work around them should change.

Compensation

€100–140k + 0.5–1% equity

About two weeks from first call to offer.
No live coding or take-home.
