About the Role
Independent founder building an early-stage NYC real estate / built environment tool. Hiring paid consultants to help with product research.
Requirements
We are looking for:
- NYC GCs, project managers, or expediters with 5+ years experience
- Regular hands-on experience with DOB NOW / BIS filings
- Familiarity with permit retrieval, alt-2 filings, and pre-construction DD
- Bonus: Relationships with Milrose, Burnham, or in-house expediting teams
Responsibilities
You will:
- Walk me through your current workflow
- Tell me what's broken and what you'd actually want from a better tool
- Provide light feedback on early product concepts (interviews + screen-share walkthroughs)
Compensation & Logistics
- $200/hr, 1099
- 5–15 hours over 4–6 weeks
- Remote, flexible scheduling
