About the Role
We are a software development team looking for a confident, native English speaker to assist with client interviews. The ideal candidate can navigate unexpected questions without becoming flustered and can engage clients to build rapport.
Responsibilities
- Participate in live video call interviews with clients.
- Review provided documentation containing anticipated questions and project information prior to each interview.
- Present technical information clearly and confidently.
- Record the entire interview and upload it via the provided link for progress tracking and payment verification.
Requirements
- Native English proficiency with strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate naturally and professionally on camera.
- Capability to quickly learn and explain new technical concepts.
- Ability to remain calm and confident when handling unfamiliar or unexpected questions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $50 per hour.
- Bonus: $100 bonus awarded upon the successful selection or completion of a project.
- Workload: Typically 30 minutes to 1 hour per day, with some days extending to 2 hours. Note that there may be days with no scheduled interviews.
- Growth: Future opportunities and compensation are based on project outcomes, performance, and overall contribution.
