About the Role

GLIDE is a premium digital agency entering a strategic expansion phase. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager & Delivery Strategist to own the execution. This is a high-stakes role for an agency veteran who wants to guide high-value clients through their entire lifecycle.

Translate client business goals into actionable roadmaps
Bring process, discipline, and velocity to every engagement

What You'll Do

Lead high-impact web design and development builds (100k+) from kickoff to launch, and manage ongoing Continuous Improvement (CI) and digital marketing execution.
Be accountable for on-time delivery, managing complex technical scopes, and protecting margins.
Act as the operational strategist for your clients, partnering with specialists to move the needle on client business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams of UX architects, designers, developers, and search specialists.

Requirements

Agency-Bred: 5+ years of proven project management experience in a digital agency.
Strategic Thinker: Solid understanding of UX, CRO, and digital marketing (certifications a plus).
The Independent Operator: An A-Player who takes extreme ownership.
Tech-Forward: Highly proficient in modern tech stacks (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Asana) and AI tools.
Polished Communicator: Comfortable leading client meetings and distilling technical concepts.

$75-80k
32-Hour / 4-Day Work Week
