Compensation: €58,000 - €65,000 + 1.0–1.5% equity
About the Role
We're a 3-cofounder gym/fitness SaaS, closing a pre-seed round. We're hiring our first engineer to own:
- NestJS/Postgres backend (~70%)
- Coral, our WhatsApp AI agent for member retention (~30%)
You'd be our first hire. Real ownership, real equity, no committees.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of backend experience
- Comfortable shipping solo
- Genuine curiosity about LLMs / retention modeling.
