Main Job Purpose
The Key Account Executive - PRO is responsible for driving sales and distribution for the company's products while managing an allocated territory and customer base.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting the market) and driving the RS (Retail Sales) system.
- Analyze and improve the competitive position in the market through enhanced customer service.
- Negotiate with RS partners and develop their teams to manage customers and secure more business.
- Monitor competitive activities closely and provide feedback to the branch regarding necessary counter-actions.
- Systematically monitor the performance of the RS and the RS sales team, taking corrective action where infrastructure gaps exist.
- Organize promotional activities within budget limits in consultation with superiors.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum full-time graduation required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in General Trade and Channel Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of specific experience in Channel Sales.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Well-versed in RS appointment and sales planning.
- Experience in conducting and executing promotional activities.
- Decent communication skills in English and the local language.
