Main Job Purpose

The Key Account Executive - PRO is responsible for driving sales and distribution for the company's products while managing an allocated territory and customer base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting the market) and driving the RS (Retail Sales) system.
  • Analyze and improve the competitive position in the market through enhanced customer service.
  • Negotiate with RS partners and develop their teams to manage customers and secure more business.
  • Monitor competitive activities closely and provide feedback to the branch regarding necessary counter-actions.
  • Systematically monitor the performance of the RS and the RS sales team, taking corrective action where infrastructure gaps exist.
  • Organize promotional activities within budget limits in consultation with superiors.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum full-time graduation required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in General Trade and Channel Sales.
    • Minimum 2 years of specific experience in Channel Sales.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
    • Well-versed in RS appointment and sales planning.
    • Experience in conducting and executing promotional activities.
    • Decent communication skills in English and the local language.
