[Hiring] Long-Term Virtual Assistant (AI + Operations + Community + Vibe Coding)

About the Role

We are an online education and consulting company that helps business owners grow through systems, marketing, content, and operations. As a small team, everyone wears multiple hats. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, solving problems, and becoming a valuable part of the team—not someone looking to complete the bare minimum.

This is a long-term opportunity with plenty of room to grow.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $400–600 USD/month (depending on experience and availability).
  • Growth: Performance-based raises and increased responsibility.
  • Support: We provide training, SOPs, AI tools, and clear systems.

Schedule

We are looking for someone available most days of the week. Ideally, you:

  • Can work 6–7 days per week.
  • Are comfortable working more than 5–6 hours per day when needed.
  • Can overlap with our team during U.S. business hours (PST).
  • Are comfortable occasionally joining Zoom working sessions to complete projects together.

Note: We value people who are proactive, enjoy solving problems, and naturally stay productive.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will change depending on business needs:

Community Management

  • Welcome new members.
  • Respond to community questions.
  • Keep our communities organized.
  • Help create a great member experience.

CRM & Data Management

  • Update CRM daily.
  • Maintain spreadsheets.
  • Organize customer information.
  • Track leads and customer progress.
  • Keep internal reports accurate.

Customer Success

  • Follow up with members.
  • Check on customer progress.
  • Guide people toward the right program.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers when appropriate.

AI & Operations

  • Use AI tools daily to improve efficiency.
  • Create documents and SOPs.
  • Research solutions and organize information.
  • Assist with automations and administrative tasks.

General Operations

  • Help improve internal systems.
  • Support different team members.
  • Learn new software quickly.
  • Handle miscellaneous operational tasks.

Bonus: AI Website & Vibe Coding

This is not required, but it is a huge advantage. We are looking for someone who enjoys building quickly with modern AI coding tools. Examples include:

  • Creating landing pages and building simple websites.
  • Making UI improvements.
  • Editing HTML/CSS/JavaScript when needed.
  • Working with AI tools like Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, or similar.
  • Turning ideas into working pages without starting from scratch.

Our Culture

Training

You won't be expected to know everything on day one. We have SOPs, training documents, recorded walkthroughs, and internal systems. We care much more about attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn than knowing every tool.

Requirements

Preferred (not all required):

  • Good English communication.
  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience.
  • Comfortable using AI tools efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • CRM experience.
  • Fast learner, reliable internet, stable computer, and good time management.
