About the Role

Above and Beyond Talent is seeking a Project Manager to support financial and operational initiatives within a Telecom Expense Management Unit. This role focuses on financial analysis, telecom expense optimization, carrier invoice auditing, budget forecasting, and large-scale data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel experience, and the ability to identify billing discrepancies, improve processes, and uncover cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM), telecom billing, and carrier invoice auditing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and large dataset analysis.
• Experience identifying billing discrepancies, cost-saving opportunities, and unnecessary expenses.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and PeopleSoft.
• Experience developing reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Background in vendor invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite, five days per week, in New York.

• Pay Rate: $70–$75/hour
