Above and Beyond Talent is seeking a Global Process Data Consultant (Record-to-Report / Finance) responsible for managing and implementing SAP Core solutions, including S/4HANA, and supporting connected systems across our client's organization.

This role plays a critical part in enabling and optimizing finance business processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving standardization across global operations.

Requirements

A good fit if you have the following:

Minimum of 10–12 years of IT experience in end-user organizations, IT consulting, or product-based companies
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience leading or managing SAP S/4HANA implementations, across one or more of the following workstreams: Sales & Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Procurement, Analytics, or Enterprise Data Management
Formal training and/or certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP) and SAP functional modules.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing / Performance Objectives:

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance (RTR) solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment across core and non-core systems
Manage multiple complex, global projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating diverse stakeholder groups
Design enterprise-scale IT solutions aligned with business strategy and focused on measurable outcomes
Establish scalable best practices and repeatable processes across the full project lifecycle (plan, design, build, deploy)
Collaborate with IT, business leaders, SMEs, and external partners to drive successful implementations
Lead cutover, operational readiness, and HyperCare support
Advise stakeholders on SAP capabilities and solution impacts, driving informed decision-making
Provide leadership in digital technologies (APIs, microservices, RPA, AI/ML, UX)
Drive IT governance, communication, and stakeholder alignment, including budget and portfolio oversight
Promote a global, agile, and learning-driven culture, with strong focus on talent development and continuous improvement

Compensation

Payrate: $90.00 - $95.00

Location

Position is 100% remote, but seeking candidates (preferably CST or EST) that can overlap with the US and Latin America timezones. Must be authorized to work in the US.
