We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer (QA Automation) to join our team and work on an innovative project for one of our leading clients in the banking sector.

Your Mission:
- Ensure software excellence and quality through the creation and execution of manual and automated tests.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize test scripts and scenarios, with a primary focus on automation with Robot Framework.
- Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, product, business) to identify, document, and resolve complex problems.
- Analyze application and test execution logs to diagnose and solve failures, ensuring the stability of our CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Quality Analyst, Test Engineer, QA, or in similar roles.
- Practical experience with test automation tools (in this project, we use Robot Framework, but experience with other tools is welcome).
- Comprehensive knowledge of different types of automated tests: unit, integrated, functional, and end-to-end.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices, such as Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and automation pipelines.
- Analytical ability to read and interpret logs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a critical eye for quality.
- Excellent communication and proactivity to collaborate in an agile and dynamic environment.
You will stand out if you have:
- Experience with Git and versioning models such as Git Flow and Trunk Based Development.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and log analysis tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK Stack).
- Ability to develop complex, efficient, and easily maintainable automation scripts.
- Ability to mentor and support the technical development of more junior team members.
- Relevant certifications in the area of Software Quality and Test Automation (e.g., CTFL, CTAL-TAE).
