About the Role
Funkit Interiors is hiring an Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. We help real-estate investors and short-term rental owners create better-performing, beautifully designed properties across the US.
Your job is to start meaningful conversations with new leads, understand their goals, qualify the opportunity, and schedule the right prospects with our sales team. Day to day, you’ll work across Instagram DMs, email, phone, and our CRM. This is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, follows up without being chased, and knows that a great first conversation can move a sale forward.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral accent
- Availability overlapping US Central business hours
- Comfortable speaking with US property owners and investors
- Strong written communication and CRM organization
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, SDR, or sales support is a plus
Compensation
- Base Pay: $1,500–$3,000 USD/month (based on experience and skill)
- Commission: Included
- OTE: $5,000 USD/month
