About the Role
We're looking for a paid acquisition specialist to help scale OnlySwip, a creator profile search and discovery platform currently averaging around 7,000 users per day.
Our main priority is Google Ads / PPC. We’re looking for someone who can help us build a clean acquisition system, not just launch random campaigns and send us screenshots of impressions like that means anything.
Responsibilities
We need help with:
- Google Ads strategy
- Search campaign structure
- Keyword and intent research
- Conversion tracking
- Landing page recommendations
- Ad copy testing
- Budget and bid strategy
- Negative keyword planning
- Performance reporting
- Scaling campaigns based on real conversion data
SEO experience is also valuable, especially with technical SEO, programmatic SEO, internal linking, category/location pages, and search-driven growth.
Ideal Background
- Google Ads for SaaS, marketplaces, directories, or affiliate projects
- Experience with high-intent search campaigns
- Comfortable with conversion tracking and reporting
- Able to think strategically, not just manage campaigns mechanically
- Bonus: experience with adult traffic or creator platforms
