About the Role
Easy Builder is a SaaS that solves the chaos of web designers. We have +4,700 users, +1,800 subscribers, and a clear vision: 10,000 by 2026.
We are looking for a sales professional with strategic thinking, capable of uniting empathy, method, and business vision. Someone who understands people and processes, and uses both to generate real growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and upsell conversations via WhatsApp, applying SPIN Selling and consultative diagnostic techniques.
- Manage the complete funnel in the CRM: lead control, stages, follow-ups, forecasts, and metrics.
- Create and optimize contact cadences and sales playbooks.
- Follow up on campaign leads and identify activation and reactivation opportunities.
- Work together with Marketing and Customer Success to align discourse, timing, and market feedback.
- Help build the company's commercial process: standardization, automation, and scalability.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Analytical mindset and ability to organize processes.
- Practical experience in CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, or similar).
- Ability to read the client and ask intelligent questions (real SPIN Selling, not memorized).
- Clear writing, empathetic communication, and ethical persuasion.
- Focus on predictable results, not luck.
- Autonomy and discipline — you build and execute your own method.
- Emotional maturity, resilience, and a taste for growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in Inside Sales, Pre-sales, or Customer Success.
- Practical mastery of CRM, funnel, and commercial metrics.
- Knowledge of SPIN Selling and consultative frameworks.
- Skill with WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, and light automations.
