As a Sales Ops intern at Indicium, you will be responsible for supporting sales operations, assisting with pipeline organization, analyzing sales data, and supporting prospecting and customer relationship activities.

What You Will Do

Operational Support

  • Update and maintain the CRM, ensuring the organization and quality of information on leads, opportunities, and customers
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial reports and dashboards
  • Perform follow-ups on administrative tasks, such as document and contract control

Customer Prospecting Support

  • Research and qualify leads to feed the sales pipeline
  • Support the preparation of prospecting materials, such as presentations and personalized emails

Collaboration with the Pre-Sales Team

  • Support market mapping activities and feasibility studies
  • Support the analysis of lead and customer needs
  • Monitor pre-sales area metrics and help identify improvement opportunities

Contribution to the Sales Process

  • Participate in the construction of commercial proposals
  • Support the preparation of commercial meetings and presentations
  • Record and track customer interactions in the CRM

Integration with Other Areas

  • Collaborate with the marketing, partnerships, and product teams
  • Support the execution of commercial events and initiatives

Professional Development

  • Participate in training and commercial team meetings

Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Higher education in progress in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas
  • From the 4th phase of graduation
  • Intermediate English
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn
