About Ironstone Design
Hi, I'm Chris, founder of Ironstone Design. We are looking for individuals comfortable on camera to create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, and Shorts) about our platform. If you are not comfortable on camera, we are also open to applicants with a strong advertising background.
Ironstone Design is a platform that allows users to sell websites to local businesses without needing coding or design skills. Key features include:
- Business Lookup Tool: Find local businesses with no website or a poor-quality one.
- Automated Site Building: Build sites for restaurants, cafes, salons, tradespeople, and more in minutes. The tool pulls in business info and photos, which are fully customizable.
- Direct Presentation: Send finished websites (not mockups) to businesses for approval.
- Flexible Pricing: Set your own monthly price and optional setup fees. Payments go directly to your bank account.
- Personalized Storefront: Receive a dedicated page to showcase your services.
- Domain Support: Websites can be hosted on the business's own domain.
- Free Plan: Available for anyone to try the platform.
Requirements
- Outgoing Personality: Comfortable talking to the camera and capable of creating engaging 30–60 second videos. A magnetic personality is a bonus.
- Content Focus: Create "walkthrough" style videos showing the entire process: building a site for a real local business, the outreach process (calling or walking in), owner reactions, and the payment process.
- Experience: Any follower count is welcome; smaller creators are encouraged to apply.
- Location: US/CAN based is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $10 per approved video (paid via PayPal).
- Performance Bonus: $1 per 1,000 views (capped at 50,000 views per video).
- Commission: 15% of revenue collected from users who sign up through your link (including plan fees, site fees, and credit packs) for their first 12 months.
- Software Access: Free access to our "Growth" plan (valued at $49 USD/month) while actively posting, allowing you to build real sites for your content.
- Support: Direct assistance with video ideas and strategy.
