About the Role
Are you a legal assistant and a fan of the IT world? Do you have the ability to quickly grasp new topics and problems and are always looking for ways to automate routine tasks? As a legal tech company, we want to provide our customers with the best possible advice on the use of our law firm management software "Advoware" and look forward to your support!
Responsibilities
- Accepting inquiries from our customers in 1st and 2nd level support after an extensive training phase
- Supporting and advising our customers on the use of our legal tech software solutions around Advoware
- Providing solutions for technical inquiries (by phone, email and remote maintenance)
- Recording and documenting customer inquiries in the ticket system
- Close cooperation with technical application support and other project teams
Requirements
- Completed training as a legal assistant or legal specialist
- At least one year of relevant professional experience in dealing with software applications
- You have very good German language skills and are proficient in the use of office software, including MS Office
- Your friendly and helpful nature is contagious and you remain calm, even if you have explained the same things countless times
- You are a real team player and have internalized the service concept
- You are strong in communication and work independently and responsibly.
Your Team
At stp.one there are a total of 3 support centers distributed across our locations. You will become part of Advoware support and can work from home or visit us at one of our locations.

- Getting to know you: In a 20-minute exchange with our recruiter, we will look at the mutual expectations together.
- First interview: Afterwards, you will get to know our manager in support and delve deeper into technical topics and the role.
- Second interview: You will visit us on site and get to know your future team.
