Position: Appointment Setter + Sales Closer

Compensation

50% Straight Commission on every closed deal
Performance-Based Base Pay after consistent results

Responsibilities:

DM outreach to prospects
Setting qualified appointments
Following up with leads
Closing deals (with scripts & training provided)
Tracking leads + performance weekly
