Outreach Partner Needed – Software Agency

About the Role

We are a small software development agency seeking an Outreach Partner to help us connect with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective clients on LinkedIn and via email, initiate conversations, and schedule calls.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Identifying and targeting potential clients (founders, product leads, CTOs, operations managers, etc.)
Crafting personalized and engaging outreach messages
Following up with prospects as needed
Managing and tracking conversations to move leads forward

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Possesses strong writing skills
Understands the importance of personalized outreach
B2B outreach experience (especially in tech) is a plus, but not required
Is self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Your compensation will be structured as follows:

20% of the first payment from any client you bring in
5% of all future payments from that client, for the duration of our working relationship
