Job Title: Performance Marketer (Mobile Subscription Apps)
About the Role
We recently launched a minimalist productivity app on the App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac). We are seeking a performance marketer with hands-on experience scaling mobile subscription apps. This role focuses on driving user acquisition and growth through paid channels.
Responsibilities
This is not a branding role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Scaling mobile subscription apps
- Managing Meta Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns
- Understanding and optimizing LTV vs CAC
- Improving trial-to-paid conversion rates
- Optimizing paywalls
- Driving creative testing velocity
- Adhering to a data-driven approach
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling mobile subscription apps
- Experience with Meta Ads and Apple Search Ads
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of key metrics like LTV, CAC, trial conversion, and paid conversion
Compensation
- Marketer Fee: $1,000–$1,500 for a 30-day structured test phase
- Ad Spend: $1,000–$2,000
