About Tahoma AI
Tahoma builds AI agents that automate healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including eligibility, claim status, claim submission, denials, and payment posting. We are currently live in production with paying enterprise customers.
Our agents operate payer portals behind MFA, green-screen terminals over SSH, and Windows desktop software, where some actions are irreversible. They run on a deterministic orchestration layer we built in-house, with model calls as bounded steps rather than a control loop.
The Role
You will own the core platform end-to-end and make the real architecture calls, including:
- Ensuring resilience to portal changes
- Implementing exactly-once guarantees
- Building observability
- Managing cost per run
Tech Stack
- Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript, Node.js, Playwright
- AI/Agents: Computer-use agents, Claude
- Infrastructure: Postgres, Azure, Kubernetes (K8s)
